Mr. Md. Zulfikar Ullah joined Dinajpur district as the Chief Judicial Magistrate on June 16, 2022. He is a member of the 3rd BJS batch and joined the Bangladesh Judicial Service in 2008. His service ID number is 2008203108. His home district is Pabna. In his academic life, he earned an LL.B (Honors) and an LL.M (Masters) degree with distinction from Dhaka University. Prior to this, he served as an Additional District and Sessions Judge in Rangpur district. In his professional career, he has successfully undergone training both domestically and internationally, notably at the National Judicial Academy in Bhopal, India.
